Inquiry privacy

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, email, business, request and contact preferences you provide. If available, we also include the referring website’s origin, landing path and named campaign tags so we can understand how you found us. We do not copy arbitrary URL query strings into inquiries.

Referral context is kept in your browser’s session storage while you navigate this site. The form sends your inquiry through Cloudflare to Kobi’s email inbox, where Kobi and his assistant can review it and respond. Visitor messages are treated as customer-provided information.

A delivery record and your inquiry are stored on Cloudflare for up to 90 days for recovery and troubleshooting. The email copy remains in our correspondence records until it is no longer needed or you request deletion. We do not sell inquiry information.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Its browser security check is validated by our server before an inquiry is accepted. If the check cannot run, you can contact us by email.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled to measure visits and page performance without analytics cookies. This is separate from the application’s aggregate referral counts.

Cloudflare processes network information to serve and protect the site. Our application does not persist your IP address in the inquiry record; it uses it transiently to limit repeated submissions.

We also count page views by day, page and referral or campaign source. These aggregate counts contain no visitor identifier, contact details or stored IP address and are retained for up to 90 days. We skip this measurement when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Counts are approximate page views, not unique people.
